We had a laid back weekend filled with……
Good food: Fish tacos, a new favorite around here. Grill some seasoned halibut (or other white fish), some pico, jalapeno ranch, greens, and dig in! They taste better than they sound. Promise.

Yesterday I went on my first run in months and it was so refreshing. Scout was my little running buddy while I was pregnant and he makes an even better sidekick in the jogging stroller!

Over the weekend, Patrick built the man cave. A place where time stands still, there’s always a golf club needing some work, and no one ever goes thirsty!

After a long morning at my doctor’s office, Pax and I found solitude at our favorite little watering hole. Though I am eager to welcome our new baby, I’m really trying to enjoy the simple moments with Pax in the days ahead.
